I don't know if the shirts in UK are styled differently, but my Tears For Fears shirt stops 3" short of my wrist.
I had a similar problem with a The Who shirt. That also stopped partway between my elbow and wrist.

I bought it on site after the 2017 concert (in the USA). I can't find it in the online store, nor online on other platforms. I'll take a pic of it after today (when I'm not wearing it anymore).
Since the only other shirt where I have a similar problem is also from a UK band (The Who), I wondered if fashion is just different in the UK, and maybe this is how it's supposed to be.

The jacket is still losing bits of fabric, the socks have got holes and the print of the T-shirt has started peeling off. All not unusual, but I've got merch from other bands that has generally held up better...
