Thanks for posting this one.
Everyone notices "A Day in the Life" in the ending of "No Small Thing" (and the fact that it has two similar crescendoes) but the way it breaks of is also very reminiscent of "I Want You (She's So Heavy)", one of the more overlooked Beatles epics.
And it's slightly hilarious to see how many reviewers get vocalists wrong - in this case, ascribing "Please Be Happy" to Roland when it's Curt singing on the album version (although the demo was done by Roland).

I also find it funny when people confuse their voices since they are quite different to me. This guy explains that the confusion is due to the way they sing:
