TFF have a strange habit of sometimes leaving amazing songs off their albums, probably because they didn't quite 'fit' the theme or overall style.
I've left out the more obvious experimental b-sides even though I love The Conflict, Pharaohs or Music for Tables. Here's a couple of songs that could have worked as album tracks...
When in Love with a Blind Man
Sea Song
Always in the Past
Lord of Karma
Schrödinger's Cat
New Star
All of the Angels
The Madness of Roland
Queen of Compromise
War of Attrition
Out of Control
Floating Down the River
And here's a complementary list of the more experimental stuff:
Wino
The Prisoner (Original Version)
The Conflict
We are Broken (Original Version)
The Marauders
Empire Building
The Big Chair
Pharaohs
Tears Roll Down (Original Version)
Music for Tables
Johnny Panic and the Bible of Dreams (Original Version)
Ashes to Ashes
Until I Drown
Pullin' a Cloud
Both very much "albums" in their own right, I think...
