Very tough choice (obviously), but feet to the fire, I picked The Seeds Of Love. An album from a band I already loved, that changed the way I thought of pop music and opened my ears and mind to the notion of embracing a change of direction rather than lamenting it. A powerful album and an influential one in my personal development as an avid music lover.

Tough as hell. I adore "Songs" and "Seeds", but if I had to take one and only one to a deserted island, it would be "Raoul". Thus I'm going with that one.
(Sorry, Curt!)

I had to go with Seeds of Love. I love the arc of Seeds of Love->Elemental->Raoul and the Kings of Spain. What a trio of albums!

Sometimes I just shake my head at how fans of some bands simply say that everything the band has done after a certain album is 'crap'.
